Our Approach

Soul:

Unfortunately it’s easy for construction work to lose it’s soul: cigaret butts, poor dust control, confusing billing, and impersonal staff can contribute to the feeling that your house is not your home. We want to make sure that no mater what the project entails that we repsect you space and make sure it always feel like your home. This is the corner stone of who are and what we do as we craft ideas into reality. It doesn’t matter if we are remodeling your kitchen, building a new outdoor living spacing, building out an addtion, or repairing a historicl home your experiance is our priority.

A good friend of mine one said “No matter what the customer orders the deserve the cheif’s kiss.” We have chosen to live by that. Andthat begins with understanding not just what your project entials but also the why behind it.

Stewardship:

Stewardship is an essentail part of what we do. A sucessful home construction project is centered around good customer service, not just good craftsmanship. This can include: making sure the door gets locked at the end of the day, tiding up before we leave every day, and make sure you understand what we are doing and why.

We also make sure that every time you get a bill from us you not only know what you are paying for but also see what paymnets you’ve made, see any addtional work (item by item), and what the origianl contract amount is.

It is our honor to steward your home and your experaince.

Hygge:

What is the difference between and house and home? Hygge! It’s a Nordic word that basically means the feeling of home. Hygee means different things for different people, families, and communities. Our first step is to get a feel for what Hygee is for you and your home and best understand how we can help make it an even better fit.

Vision & Planning:

Once we meet with you and learn about your project as well as the why behind it we’ll write out a proposal. It’s here that we get on the same page with scope, drawing, specificaitons, budget, and timeline.

We begin with the end in mind. We start with why.
