Please understand that the construction projects that we specialize in are not simple, shoot from the hip and give you a rough price for the build. We are hired to understand, design, and build a solution that is specifically tailored to you. We are not a low price dude in a truck. We will give you a price on the next steps that are necessary to come up with your construction budget.

Inspection: Whether you are buying a new home, having a problem with your house, or wanting to make a change but can’t quite put your finger on it.

Consult: We’ll talk about the game plan, timeline and budget so that we can come up with the best proposal for you.

Design & Define: We create a detailed written plan with straight forward descriptions, explanations, and options to best fit your needs. We usually create drawings as needed. This plan is not just how it looks but how it will work (the load baring capacity, the efficiency, the fit for you life, durability, timeline & budget). We don’t want ambiguity in what we are going to do.

Estimate: This is the part where we hand you a scope of work, design documents (if applicable), a detailed proposal and an anticipated investment. We well schedule a time to sit down with you and review it so that we can make any changes necessary to fit you and your needs.
